Along with my larger-scale conceptual projects, I maintain a studio practice of drawing. This often leads to new ideas for the larger projects, and satsifies my desire to "keep working" in between projects.

The series "Places I've Never Been" (2002), consists of a group of drawings I made while imagining places I had never seen with my own eyes. These quick drawings gave rise to the ideas behind the "Desireable Destinations" project, in which I invited others to do the same.
